sole property of Niels Vestergaard. The company produces and distributes
movies about recreational fishing.

Terms & Conditions
Payment
All prices include Danish taxes which
amount to 25%. For customers outside EU (European Union) the 25% tax fee
will be subtracted once a country and delivery address has been chosen.
Wide Open Outdoor Film accepts Mastercard, Maestro,
VISA, American Express (Amex only DKK currency) and a several other electronic payments. The
amount due will be withdrawn when the purchased items are sent. When
paying with a credit card, all your banking account information are
encrypted with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This
means that no unauthorized individuals will be able to access your
credit card number or other information during the PBS transaction.
Delivery:
Orders accepted before 12 o’clock on Monday
-Thursday are shipped right away.
Orders
received before 11 o’clock Friday are shipped right away.
Orders are shipped by postal mail. Deliveries
over one kilo (2lb) are shipped as a package with Post Danmark or UPS.
Wide Open Film cannot be held responsible for delays with either Post
Danmark or UPS. In case of severe delays or missing deliveries, Wide
Open Outdoor Film naturally ships another delivery without charge.
Complaints:
Wide Open Outdoor Film provides
the right to invoke lack of conformity for a two year period according
to the Danish Buyers Agreement and its reference to production- and
material flaws unrelated to the normal use of the good. The right to
invoke lack of conformity does not cover all flaws, damages or abrations
directly or indirectly caused as a result of poor maintenance, misuse,
violence or unauthorized repair attempts. The right to invoke lack of
conformity concerning flaws or deficiencies that should be detected upon
first inspection of the good, must be reported to Wide Open Outdoor
Film within reasonable time. Subsequently, the good can be returned,
traded in or by agreement even refunded. In cases of lack of conformity,
Wide Open Outdoor Film will handle all return expenses.
Complaints and returns:
If for some reason you have received a wrong or
damaged good, fill out the return form that was delivered with the good
and send it to: Pick and Pack Aps, Farvergaarden 2, 6541 Bevtoft,
Denmark
We do not receive goods that are
sent by COD.
Purchase by bank transfer:
Purchases are based on payment via the webshop, but if you wish to purchase by bank transfer, send an email to:
- with the necessary information on the order as well as name and address.
Soon after, you will receive an email informing you of the payment amount due for transfer.
The order is shipped the same day that the payment is registered on our account. However, with bank transfers, this might take up to 3-5 banking days.
